By late January, we will launch our click and collect online service on www.sanotogo.com which will automatically tell you whether delivery is possible to your location. We operate a walking delivery service up to 0.5km from our Chancery Lane Shop.

Orders for breakfast must be received by 5pm on the previous day and orders for lunch by 10am on the day of delivery and cannot be amended after these times. This is because we make our products fresh on site daily so we need enough notice to produce the food for your delivery.

You can cancel your order by contacting us at orders@sanotogo.com or calling 0203 848 0401 before 4pm the day before for breakfast and lunch deliveries next day.

Yes, if you’d like to change the time of your delivery, please contact us to make alternative arrangements at orders@sanotogo.com or call us on 0203 848 0401. Please give us at least 2 hours notice of any change prior to the delivery time.

Please see our Company Feasts menu as well as our Grab & Go menu for our vegan options (see the symbol Ve) and order them separately.

The volumes that we handle in delivery means that we can not successfully produce bespoke platters while ensuring that our sandwiches arrive in perfect condition and on time. However, you are able to order from the Grab & Go menu as well as the Company Feasts menu. We set ourselves very high food standards, and are proud of our sandwiches. Our platters offer a great selection of our sandwiches but if you want a different product from the Grab & Go menu, you can always add them to your order and we will deliver them alongside the platters.

To ensure our customers get the same freshly prepared food as you see in our shops, we need to apply a minimum order value (£35) to ensure that we can deliver it on time to your office or venue.

To ensure customer satisfaction and that we can receive prompt payment, it is vital that the customer and the person making the delivery carefully check off the delivery. In doing so, we can be sure that the full delivery has been safely and correctly received as ordered.

Unfortunately not. We have to treat these as two separate orders as they need to be delivered at different times of the day. We also require both orders to meet the minimum spend criteria of £35 for this reason.

Unfortunately, we are only able to deliver breakfast items in the morning. This is due to the fact that all our food is prepared fresh on the day. Please check with our team regarding the earliest time of the day that our sandwiches and platters can be delivered to you.

Our food is not suitable for people with severe allergies. Cross-contamination between any of our ingredients is possible. Our food may contain traces of eggs, peanuts, soy, milk, nuts, celery, mustard, fish and sesame.

Full nutritional information on our food will be available on our website from January, but in the meanwhile if you have any questions, please contact us on orders@sanotogo.com and we will do our best to help.

No although we will keep this under review. If we introduce a charge, the proceeds will be donated to an appropriate charity.

Yes, and we also encourage you to return your plastic bags at the time of delivery of your next order.

Yes we offer breakfast, lunch and dinner bookings to hire Sano To Go for a special event or business function. Please email us on enquiries@sanotogo.com and we can discuss your requirements and tailor a package for you.

Food

Our lovely team members make all of our delicious sandwiches and salads fresh in our shop every day.

Our food is sold to eat immediately so we wouldn’t advise storing it or reheating it as we cannot guarantee the quality.

Unfortunately, we are unable to share our recipes but visit our website or our youtube channel for more great tasting recipes from the Sano kitchen.

Our platter selections will generally be sufficient for up to 6 people.

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver hot drinks or soups at the moment.
