Our approach is very simple, yet incredibly effective in helping you lead a healthier life. We believe in sourcing the freshest ingredients from some of the best suppliers in the UK who maintain the highest ethical standards to support us in producing healthy, great tasting food.
We always make our own food (we don’t just assemble). We use simple, recognisable ingredients (and try to avoid gluten, dairy and refined sugar). We only source from UK-based suppliers and provide complete supplier transparency. We aim to only use compostable materials for all our packaging.
We source our eggs from Tilley’s, the farm run by the family behind the Daphne’s Welsh Lamb. Our meat comes from HG Walters, an independent family run business established in 1972. Bacon and sausages used in our breakfast rolls are nitrite free and come from Devon Rose Farm, a family run business based in Devon.
