We’ve spent a long time finding the right UK-based suppliers to work with us so you can rest assured that everything you’re getting at Sano comes from a good place. Our approach is very simple, yet incredibly effective in helping you lead a healthier life. We believe in sourcing the freshest ingredients from some of the best suppliers in the UK who maintain the highest ethical standards to support us in producing healthy, great tasting food.

We always make our own food (we don’t just assemble). We use simple, recognisable ingredients (and try to avoid gluten, dairy and refined sugar). We only source from UK-based suppliers and provide complete supplier transparency. We aim to only use compostable materials for all our packaging.

We source our eggs from Tilley’s, the farm run by the family behind the Daphne’s Welsh Lamb. Our meat comes from HG Walters, an independent family run business established in 1972. Bacon and sausages used in our breakfast rolls are nitrite free and come from Devon Rose Farm, a family run business based in Devon.

We have collaborated with Musetti, the heritage coffee brand, to supply our coffee. The Musetti coffee beans come from Piacenza in Italy, a region famous for its coffee, Parmigiano cheese and Prosciutto di Parma. We use their Paradiso blend (85% Arabica and 15% Robusta), with its refined and pleasing flavor, characteristic fruity aroma and a satisfying aftertaste.

Unfortunately, we don’t take bookings on phone or email. You are very welcome to walk in for breakfast or lunch though.

When ordering, please inform a member of staff, as soon as you can, if you have changed your mind. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel/change a hot food order if it has already been prepared for you.

Good news! We offer both. All our food arrives in convenient grab and go containers with cutlery. You can choose to eat in or order a takeaway. Please make our staff aware of your preference at the point of order.

Currently, all our resources are focussed on creating the best food experience for our customers. We have recently launched Corporate Feasts, delivering to teams and businesses all over London and from January we are doing the same for individual customers and delivering our Grab and Go menu to them wherever they choose. In the coming years, we plan to launch a few more stores. Sign up for the Sano Club to to keep updated on the latest.

Yes we offer breakfast, lunch and dinner bookings to hire Sano To Go for a special event or business function – please email us on enquiries@sanotogo.com and we can discuss your requirements and tailor a package for you.

Our food is not suitable for people with severe allergies. Cross-contamination between any of our ingredients is possible. Our food may contain traces of eggs, peanuts, soy, milk, nuts, celery, mustard, fish and sesame.

You will be pleased to know that all of our food is made fresh daily at Sano To Go. We think simple, homemade food tastes great as it is!

Yes, we have many vegan options on our menu which have the symbol Ve next to them. You can also ask a member of staff.

Unfortunately, at this point we do not offer a special menu.

Yes we do. We offer oat, almond and soy milk.

Our food is sold to eat immediately so we wouldn’t advise storing it or reheating it as we cannot guarantee the quality.

Unfortunately, we are unable to share our recipes but visit our website or our youtube channel for more great tasting recipes from the Sano kitchen.
